This week has been so lovely and happy. on tuesday the artists arrived, and i first saw them as they introduced themselves in their native garb. something weird happens when you have a room full of people who do not speak each others tongues. you realize fundamentally that there are cultures and customs that shape the way we think, that we cannot mutually understand. but at least we can appreciate them.
